Hudson Yards, New York City

Here’s an overview of the world’s largest real estate development under progress, happening right here in New York City! The Hudson Yards will be one of the most modern neighborhoods in the world. The construction on all the 5 buildings and commercial/retail plaza in the center, will be completed by spring 2018. Over a 1000 workers a day onsite, which will scale up to 6000 workers at peak. This project involves high level of operational efficiency. Total project involves 20 billion dollars investment. Virtually every type of major real estate investor in the world is involved here in some way.
The first residential buildings will go on sale during 2016.

Edison, NJ is a transportation hub, with an extensive network of highways passing through the township and connecting to major Northeast cities, New York City, Boston, Philadelphia, Trenton, Washington, D.C. and others. As of May 2010, the town had a total of 307 miles of roads, of which 257 miles were maintained by the municipality, 28 miles by Middlesex County and 15 miles by the New Jersey Department of Transportation and 5 miles by the New Jersey Turnpike Authority.
